Meet Mike, the visionary founder and Director of Operations here at Smart Box Construction. With over 20 years of hands-on experience in the industry, Mike leads our team with a profound understanding of historic preservation, land-use, urban planning, and commercial/retail design. His leadership and expertise are the driving force behind our innovative approach to construction and design.

When Mike is not hard at work, he can be found investigating Baltimore's culinary scene with his wife, Kumiko, and his loyal doggy sidekick, Mozart.

Meet Kumiko ("Miko"), our dedicated Chief Financial Officer overseeing all financial operations at Smart Box Construction.  With meticulous attention to detail, Kumiko manages a wide array of financial needs, including accounting, internal audits, and taxes, ensuring the fiscal health of our company.  Additionally, as a vital figure in human resource activities, she plays a pivotal role in nurturing our team's growth and well-being.

When Miko is not busy crunching numbers, she can be found exploring Fells Point with her beloved dog, Mozart, or dancing the night away at EDM music festivals.

Introducing Olivia, our dynamic Marketing Manager and the latest addition to the Smart Box Construction family.  With a keen focus on fostering strong connections between clients and contractors, Olivia plays a vital role in maintaining existing relationships and forging new ones.  Her innovative approach and dedication make her a valuable asset to our rapidly expanding operations, driving our company's growth and success forward.
